Gua Sha is an ancient tool from traditional Chinese medicine used to massage the face and body. Its ergonomic shape allows for gentle yet firm movements on the skin, stimulating circulation, improving lymphatic drainage, and promoting a more toned and radiant appearance. How to use

1. Clean your face:Make sure your skin is completely clean before you begin.

2. Apply your Brudy Cosmetics night repair serum:This is important so that the stone glides without friction and does not pull on the skin.

3. Hold the Gua Sha at a 15-45° angle:That is, almost flat on the skin (neither completely vertical nor completely lying down).

4. Gently swipe up and out:

- Neck: from bottom to top.

-Jaw: from the chin to the ear.

- Cheeks: from the nose to the temples.

- Eye contour: very gentle movements, from the tear duct towards the temple.

- Forehead: from the eyebrows to the hairline.

5. Repeat each movement 5-10 times per area:Always with gentle pressure, it should never hurt.

6. Clean the Gua Sha after use: Wash it with warm water and neutral soap, dry it well and store it in a clean place (you can put it in the refrigerator if you like the cold effect).
